  • The Private Car Insurance policy must be remains valid for at least 6 months, no cancellation is allowed during the period.
  • The relevant personal information will be transferred to HBC for the validation and registration.
  • The Promotion is only applicable to new member(s) of HBC. New member refers to new registration or existing member who have not used the gasoline card within the last four months.
  • Eligible new member(s) who successfully obtained the gasoline card, is required to spend at least HK$1,000 per month in the first 3 calendar months
